Festival participants release from liability and hold harmless Glenwood Ave Arts Fest (GAAF), its organizers, agents, employees, and/or volunteers for any loss, damage, or injury. Artists are responsible for their artwork and property. Security officers will patrol overnight and during the Fest, but GAAF is not responsible for any loss. All work offered for sale must be presented by its creator. GAAF reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item, product, or service at the Fest. Artists consent to photography and video of their booth for promotional purposes by GAAF. Booth location requests are not guaranteed. The event will occur rain or shine.
